Photography Portrait Agreement

Copyright/Print Release: 
I, Sabrina Ancel (Forever 22 Photography) am the rightful copyright owner of all digital files captured. I authorize the client to reproduce the images for personal use only. This limited release does not permit printing or publication for commercial, editorial, competition or any other purposes without the photographer’s permission. This print release gives client rights for personal use only and is non-transferable. It may not be assigned to another party. Forever 22 Photography retains the copyright to all images. The photos may be printed but not altered or edited in any other way than by the photographer. Any alterations are a violation of copyright.

Model Release: 
The client will permit Forever 22 Photography to use images of client and guests from session for display, website, publication or other promotional uses without additional compensation to the client.

Lateness/No Shows:
Any lateness past the session start time will result in the total booked time being shortened by the amount of late arrival. No shows will not be refunded any session fees.

Deposits/Payments:
All retainer fees/deposits are non-refundable and are used to secure your session date. A 24 hour cancellation is required to transfer your deposit to another session. Payment must be received in full before the final edited product is delivered to the client. Please make all cheques payable to Sabrina Ancel, cash or email transfer. Payment for additional prints must be received before order submitted to lab.
